A lovely 2 bed/1 bath home in Woodstock, VT.

Location: The house is a ~10 minute walk to downtown including the grocery story, Mon Vert cafe, bars, shops, etc. Even closer is an amazing trail system for mountain biking, nordic skiing, running, and/or hiking which you can get onto right from our neighborhood (2 minute or less walk from the house). The beautiful Mt. Peg summit is a 15 minute walk from your front door with beautiful views as well as a place for campfires for lovely summer evenings. There’s also a new cafe opening in September just down the hill from us (2 minutes walking), along with a burrito place just a few minutes further down the road! So, there are lots of amenities right near the house, making it a really fun and special little spot!

The Space: The house is a one story, 2 bedroom single family home with a porch and a big basement! We have views of the hills and Billings Farm outside the living room – especially pretty in the winter months. The basement is unfinished though we use it as an additional living room plus for storage so it’s a bit adaptable based on your vision for the space, but regardless there is lots of storage! We also have a shed for bikes (or whatever you may need to store)!

For the lease start – we can do August 1st, August 15th or September 1st depending on when is best for you all.  We also would be happy to rent it furnished if that’s of interest, but can negotiate that depending on your needs!
