Moderately disabled Christian woman desires to share two-bedroom apartment located in upscale senior living community just outside of Hanover. Looking for individual who will be able to do simple cooking, occasional light housekeeping and an infrequent errands, as well as bi-monthly light laundry. Compensation will be provided at an hourly rate of $26.75, up to 20 hours per week, although tasks usually take about 15 hours/week. Individual must clear New Hampshire Criminal Background Check, New Hampshire Bureau of Elderly and Adult Services Background Check, as well as provide one work reference and two personal references. Convenient on site cost per load laundry and parking provided. One month’s security deposit required. A/C available for additional monthly fee of $50. Utilities and Wi-if included in rent.
