Hello! I’m renting the top floor of my house. I’m a professional 49-year old male, recent empty nester, and I travel quite a bit. I will respect your privacy, and I am also open to hanging out, cooking/sharing meals together, and being active outdoors.
I would love help with property maintenance in exchange for reduced rent, if that interests you.
The upstairs is all yours and includes 1 large bedroom, a separate office/bedroom, and a private 3/4 bathroom. It can be furnished or unfurnished.
We’d share the living space downstairs, which includes the kitchen/dining room, a large living room, and washer/dryer. There’s also an outdoor pool and a sauna!
The house is 20 minutes from Dartmouth College and Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, 15 minutes from White River Junction/I-89/Amtrak, and 5 minutes from I-91. If you like skiing/snowboarding, it’s not far to Killington (45 minutes) and Pico (50 minutes).
