Utilities, lawn care, and snow plowing provided. The pool is available only during June, July, and August.

The main floor has two bedrooms with closets, full bath, living room, kitchen, and another large room with a wood stove. The smaller bedroom has a desk suitable for WFH. The basement is equipped with a washer/dryer and a half bath. Dogs may be allowed (contact us), but must not be allowed to roam free on the property. Neighbors across the road and behind the house have farm animals, so take care that any dogs do not approach or disturb them.
