Pet Policy

Well-trained, quiet pets are welcome to apply. Because there is a business directly below the apartment and neighboring residential units, this apartment is not a good fit for dogs that bark when left alone or react heavily to hallway/activity noise.

Applicants who utilize off-site doggy daycare during work hours may receive priority consideration.

Pet fee:

• $300 non-refundable pet fee for three month lease; if renewing, 50.00 per month thereafter.
