This house is situated in a fantastic location a peaceful side street right in the center of town, close to the park, bus stop, and near local restaurants. It’s an ideal spot for professionals working at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center or Dartmouth College.

The house offers a range of amenities, including a washer and dryer, fast internet, and comfortable couches. Plus, there’s a big yard for you to enjoy with a stream in the backyard.

I’m willing to give a discount to those without a car, or individuals who only need the room occasionally or a few nights a week. The monthly rent is $1300, which includes ALL utilities.
