I’m assisting my tenants in West Lebanon, NH, to find a new roommate for their fully furnished house. The available room comes complete with a comfortable queen-size bed, desk, nightstand, and two spacious closets.

This house is situated in a fantastic location – a peaceful side street, close to the bus stop, within sight of the school, and near local restaurants and the Kilton Library. It’s an ideal spot for professionals working at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center or Dartmouth College.

The house offers a range of amenities, including washer and dryer, garage space for bikes and skis, fast internet, a screened-in porch, two grills, and comfortable leather couches. Plus, there’s a big fenced in yard.

I’m willing to give discounts for night shift workers, those without a car, or individuals who only need the room occasionally or a few nights a week. The monthly rent is $1400, which includes all utilities.

I appreciate the sense of community that shared living offers – this house strikes a balance between personal space and social interactions. Our current tenants are responsible, easy-going, neat, and considerate, and we’re looking for someone with similar qualities.
