Bedroom has gas fireplace and two closets with shelving. Above the kitchen is a carpeted loft room that can be used for guest bedroom (access via a ladder in living area). Bathroom has bathtub/shower, large vanity and built-in shelving next to shower. Inside the front door is a mud room that leads to the attached heated garage (with automatic garage door opener) and back deck with patio table & chairs. One person (very quiet) lives in apartment above the 2 car garage with separate entrance; only shared space is garage (one bay each) and paved driveway.   Includes heat, electricity and internet. Trash must be taken to town dump (sticker gives access to town dump and town beach). You can walk down the street about 200 yards to see Lake Sunapee and town beach with access to Lake Sunapee is around the corner.
