Our fully furnished home is ideal for physicians, fellows, residents, visiting faculty, researchers, and other professionals relocating temporarily to the area. Located on a quiet country road in Lyme, New Hampshire, it’s just 20 minutes from Dartmouth Health and 15 minutes from Dartmouth College, while offering the space and comfort to truly settle in.

Our family lives in the adjoining half of the duplex. Guests have their own private entrance, garage, laundry, and living spaces, and we’re nearby if anything comes up during your stay. Many guests appreciate having responsive local hosts while still enjoying the privacy of their own home.

We typically host guests for medium-term stays, 1–3 months, but we’re also happy to accommodate academic-year stays (September through June).
