Space includes a 250 sq ft upstairs bedroom with a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, an en suite bathroom, and a sitting area with a 40” smart TV. Comfortable, fully equipped home with a private entry, paved driveway, dedicated parking space, and beautiful views. Dedicated A/C unit with controls in the room. Heat is included in the whole-house system and cannot be individually controlled, but the room is in the center of the house and stays very warm. There is a dedicated dining area for the tenant; the fully stocked, large kitchen is a shared space. The lawn and yard are maintained by the owner. The home is right off a paved main road, so no need to navigate muddy, unpaved roads and drives. The main road is always plowed quickly after winter storms. A 2-wheel drive vehicle with good tires would be sufficient. All utilities are included with the monthly rate; water, sewer, electric, heating fuel, and internet.

Great Rural Community – A Greenhouse market/ store, library, acclaimed art museum, and post office are within walking distance. The house is surrounded by great hiking trails, and 20-40 min to ski areas; Okemo, Killington, Pico, Saskadena Six, and Mt Ascutney.

3-month minimum stay; longer stays are welcome. Couples are fine with a slight increase to cover utilities. Small pets are considered on a case-by-case basis.
