• Private Bedroom: Features a comfortable bed, dedicated storage, and a quiet atmosphere perfect for day or night sleepers.

• The Bathroom: Shared only with the adjacent rental room (maximum of one other guest).

• Kitchen & Living Areas: Enjoy full access to a equipped kitchen and a comfortable main living area. While technically shared with the host family (myself and my son) and the other guest, my son and I spend most of our time at our neighbor’s house—so the kitchen space is almost entirely yours to use in peace!

• Outdoor Perks: Unwind on the shared deck or take a refreshing dip in the property pool during the warmer months.
