2 bedroom long-term rental furnished apartment in ideal location, close to Dartmouth, Lebanon, and 2 miles from DHMC with access to buses. 1 mile from Dartmouth Coach coming in from Boston / NYC.

One bedroom in shared 2 br unit with another travel nurse. Has queen-size bed with brand-new matress (no linens included), dresser and bureau. Single bath. Kitchen has newer stove, fridge and dishwasher. Brand-new carpet and blinds. Shoes off household. 

Sublet is 90 days minimum with 30 day notice required. Prefer a longer-term agreement up to a year with preference of extension. 

All utilities are included (internet, water, electric, heat, parking lot plowing).  

App-operated Coin Op Washer and Dryer on site. Plenty of parking in attached parking lot, with snow plowing included and promptly done in winter. 

Pets are not allowed per building policy. No smoking.
