The house abuts preserved land with views across the lake to further preserved land and the rail trail. Private sun drenched bedroom and bathroom with full house access to living room with wood stove, new kitchen with all updated appliances, sunroom, new washer and dryer, beautiful and large outside patio with fire pit, kayak and canoe rack, and dock. Easy access to the rail trail and Shaker Village.

Bedroom has large walk in closet and multiple chests for storage. Newly renovated bathroom with glass shower enclosure. Access to water, dock, canoe, kayaks, windsurfer is included while in season. Ice skating and cross country skiing out the door. Non smoker here and expect the same. Pets would not be appropriate. Off street parking with possible use of attached garage at times.

Rent includes heat, hot water, sewer, internet. Lease required but flexible on the length of time. Happy to answer any questions.
