West Lebanon, NH- furnished, 1 bedroom in shared home

I’m assisting my tenants in West Lebanon, NH, to find a new roommate for their fully furnished house. The available room comes complete with a comfortable queen-size bed, desk, nightstands, and a spacious closet.

This house is situated in a fantastic location – a peaceful side street, close to the bus stop, within sight of the school, and near local restaurants and the Kilton Library. It’s an ideal spot for professionals working at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center or Dartmouth College.

The house offers a range of amenities, including two washers and two dryers, a generous garage, fast internet, a screened-in porch, two grills, and comfortable leather couches. Plus, there’s a big yard for you to enjoy with a backyard fire pit.

The room is available starting June 1st, and we’re open to helping you make arrangements if you need a place to stay before then. I’m willing to give discounts for night shift workers, those without a car, or individuals who only need the room occasionally or a few nights a week. The monthly rent is $950, which includes all utilities.

As a young professional, I appreciate the sense of community that shared living offers – this house strikes a balance between personal space and social interactions. Our current tenants are responsible, easy-going, neat, and considerate, and we’re looking for someone with similar qualities.
