1 bedroom available in 2 bedroom apartment to share with another roommate, a mid-thirties Dartmouth hospital nurse who is clean and quiet and rarely home. Apartment is in ideal location, close to Dartmouth, Lebanon, and 2 miles from DHMC with access to buses. 1 mile from Dartmouth Coach coming in from Boston / NYC.

Condo is furnished, including bedroom with queen or full-size bed (no linens included), dresser and bureau. Shared bath and kitchen, with newer stove, fridge and dishwasher. PLEASE NOTE decor may have changed a bit since these photos.

Sublet is 90 days minimum with 30 day notice required. 

All utilities are included (internet, water, electric, heat, parking log plowing).  

App-operated Coin Op Washer and Dryer on site. Plenty of parking in attached parking lot, with snow plowing included and promptly done in winter. 

$25.00 fee for background check and references.

Pets are not allowed per building policy but am willing to discuss a small, quiet pet on a case by case basis. No smoking.
