Renters have EXCLUSIVE use of 2 furnished bedrooms with adjoining bath, plus SHARED* access to eat-in kitchen, family room, laundry room and half bath all on main floor of large, well-maintained Hanover home, plus access to outdoor space. Quiet, rural residential area. *Family lives out of state and visits very infrequently, but will share non-exclusive space if/when in town on occasion (they also have their own private space in the home).

EXCLUSIVE USE: 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen-size bed and 1 with a full-size bed. Both include bed linens, night stand, lamps, dresser, desk with chair, bookshelf and closet with shelves; hardwood floor, windows on two walls.

EXCLUSIVE USE: Sunny bathroom between bedrooms, with access from both bedrooms via lockable pocket doors; tiled, walk-in shower; towels provided.

SHARED: Large eat-in kitchen with cherry wood cabinets, granite countertops, cathedral ceiling, two sinks, granite island with three stools; stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, gas cooktop, wall oven and dishwasher; dishes, utensils, cookware and small kitchen appliances all provided.

SHARED: Family room, open to kitchen, with hardwood floor, cathedral ceiling, two upholstered sofas, coffee and end tables, bookshelf, television and access to covered front porch with gas grill, leading to stone patio for use.

SHARED: Laundry room with washer and dryer, utility sink and additional storage, as well as half bathroom off main entrance.

• Dedicated parking for up to two vehicles in driveway by entrance.

Monthly rent includes ALL utilities (heat, electricity, hot water, sewer, high speed internet, trash pickup, recycling, snow removal, lawn care AND monthly housecleaning). No parties, no smoking, no pets. Due to allergies, pet policy is not negotiable.

Prefer to rent both bedrooms to 1 person or a pair of people for $2500/month; will consider renting each bedroom separately to 2 different individuals for $1500/month/bedroom. Maximum 1 person if renting 1 bedroom, 2 people if renting both bedrooms.

Available Jan. 1, 2024 for 90 days, though move-in date and lease-end date somewhat negotiable. Equivalent of one month’s rent for security deposit and first month’s rent required with signed lease.
